2026 ArtiGras

Youth Art Competition

Celebrate the 41st anniversary of ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival on February 14th – 15th, 2026 as we invite Palm Beach County schools to participate and submit their students’ artwork to the ArtiGras Youth Art Competition! We’ve made some changes to the rules, so please be sure to thoroughly read all the way through the Rules & Regulations.

The theme of this year’s ArtiGras Youth Art Competition is Under the Sea. This theme invites young artists to dive into the wonders of ocean life, exploring the vibrant and mysterious world beneath the surface. Students can use their imagination to bring the underwater realm to life in colorful, creative ways. Here are a few examples of what this theme could encompass:

  • Marine Animals & Sea Creatures
  • Coral Reefs & Ocean Plants
  • Shipwrecks & Sunken Treasures
  • Ocean Conservation & Pollution Awareness
  • Mermaids, Mythical Sea Beings, or Submarine Adventures
  • Tidepools, Beaches, or Coastal Scenes

In your students’ own way, have them create artwork that captures their version of the ocean world. We encourage students to experiment with new methods & materials. We ask for ALL of the artwork to incorporate the theme in some way!
