Festival Policies

Attendance: Tens of Thousands of people are anticipated over a two-day period.

Accessibility: ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival is fully accessible during all hours to all disabled visitors and senior citizens. Disabled Parking is located in the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium Parking garage and at the South Entrance at Chancellor Boulevard. Directional signs will be posted.

Free Parking: Please respect our Abacoa neighbors when you park in the area. Satellite parking lots are available at FAU and Scripps. Each of these lots is accessible from Donald Ross Road. Free shuttles run every 5 minutes to and from the lots to festival gates.

Bike Parking: In the interest of safety, bicycles are prohibited in the Festival. Bike racks are available on Town Center Drive in Abacoa.

Food Service: The Festival offers a variety of food choices to tempt even the most discriminating palates. No outside food is allowed at the Festival.

Beverage, Bottle and Can Policy: Please do not bring outside beverages to the Festival. Revenue from on-site beverage sales allows the Festival to raise much needed funds for local school art programs. A portion of the proceeds also benefit our many nonprofit vending partners.

Beverage Service: Non-alcoholic beverages offered on site include an array of Pepsi products, lemonade and bottled water.

Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are sold within the Festival site. Regulations require that alcoholic beverages purchased at the event remain on-site. Festival security will ask you to dispose of any alcoholic beverages before you exit or enter. Please don’t drink and drive; let a taxi be your designated driver.

ATM Locations and Credit Cards: ATM machines are located at each gate, inside the festival at the Festival Store, as well as PGA Credit Union in Abacoa on Main Street and outside Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. The Festival Store and many of the artists accept major credit cards.

Festival Rules: Skateboards, roller blades, pets, large signs and placards which may endanger or inconvenience the public attending the Arts Festival are prohibited. The Festival reserves the right to decline admittance to anyone who violates the reasonable policies established for public safety or to restrict activities such as public address to designated areas. All packages are subject to search. No Weapons, Drones, or Selfie Sticks.

Festival Store: The Festival Store is located at the center of University Drive and Central Boulevard. The Festival Store accepts major credit cards.

First Aid: First aid service is available at the center of the event on University Drive. Please refer to the Festival map for locations. Qualified attendants can assist you or refer you elsewhere as necessary. Emergency transportation service is provided on-site.

Lost and Found: The Central Information Booth located at the corner of Central and University Blvd.’s, receives all lost and found items.

Lost Children Inquiries: Contact the Central Information Booth located at the corner of Central and University Blvd.’s or any Arts Festival volunteer to assist you in locating lost members of your party.

Pets: Be kind to your pets. Let them relax at home while you are visiting the Festival.
